The GSMS PhD Council is preparing a series of relaxing seminars for you to unwind after a long day of work.

Pilates is a workout which concentrates on strengthening the body with emphasis on developing core strength. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.
Prepare by putting down a yoga mat/towel on the floor and filling up your water bottle!
