The GSMS PhD Council is preparing a series of relaxing seminars for you to unwind after a long day of work.

YOGA | OCTOBER 8TH | AT 20.00-21.00

Yoga is a total  mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and relaxation.

The class is suitable for first-timers as well as more experienced yogis!

You will need is a yoga mat or a towel/blanket and a little bit of space in your room to move. Class will be given via ZOOM (link will be sent an hour before the class)
