Stress management workshop: How to maintain a healthy work-life balance

Together with SCOPE, we are organizing a stress management workshop for the GSMS PhDs!

Do you often feel stressed, or do you want to learn how to avoid becoming too stressed? Then join this workshop! Doing a phd, having a social life, working on your career etc. can feel like a lot to juggle. During this workshop you will learn how to manage your stress and gain a healthy balance. We will discuss topics as: your mindset towards stress and your signals of stress. Next to that, you will practice with concrete tools to learn to manage your stress and formulate a strategy to gain or maintain a healthy balance. We hope to see you there.
