The GSMS PhD Council is preparing a series of relaxing seminars for you to unwind after a long day of work.

Join us for 1 hour of relaxation yoga, during which you can unwind your mind and body. This meditative yoga class is suited for all levels, and will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and at peace. Perfect class to end the day!
