Update: How to access the 200 euro working from home fund

This is for employed GSMS PhDs who have incurred extra costs due to working from home.

Log in on toegang.umcg.nl

Go to internet explorer and find the Insite button on the right side in the menu:

1: Press “ik wil iets declareren” (first icon below).

2: Select the “afdelings budget” (second option below).

3. Make sure you are in the “overig” tab (highlighted) and press “thuiswerk vergoeding” (last option below).

Make sure to upload the bill and a declaration of payment.

If your request is approved by your supervisor before the 11th of the month, you will receive the re-imbursement with the pay on the 26th of that month.
